A German man has been charged with trying to extort 100-thousand dollars from Cindy Crawford and her husband Rande Gerber.
It's over a photo of their seven-year-old daughter which shows her bound to a chair and gagged.
Their daughter says that picture was taken as a joke by a nanny who has now been fired.
But, a court document says the German man, Edis Kayalar, stole the photo from the nanny and repeatedly tried to get money from Crawford and Gerber for it, saying he could get a lot from the tabloids for it.
Kayalar has not been arrested yet and is thought to be in Stuttgart, Germany.


John Cusack didn't have anything to drawn on when he had to act scared with disasters happening all around him in ``2012.''
Cusack says he has no fear of natural disasters.
He can be on a turbulent flight and he's as calm as can be.
Cusack lives in Chicago, so he's never experienced a big earthquake.
He says he's only seen them on T-V.
He says maybe if he'd lived through one, he wouldn't be so cavalier about it.
