Part Time News Anchor/ Operator

 Corus Cornwall  has an exciting opportunity for a Part Time News Anchor/  Operator in our Cornwall office.  Reporting to the Program Director/News Director  the successful candidate will be responsible for :

 Operation and Handling Of Two Studio Control Boards

 Write, compile and deliver weekend news

 Operating Of Remote Broadcasts

 Sunday Morning Shift including recording weather etc.

 SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

 Great attention to detail.

 Must be a multi tasker and an enthusiastic team player .

 Must be proficient with social media.

 Must have a  valid drivers license with a clean drivers abstract

 Must Be Able To Work Weekends

 A positive, friendly manner and customer service approach that will enable the successful candidate to deal with challenging situations with empathy and sincerity.
